Jeri Technologies (“we”, “us”) operates SalesPulse billing software and related websites and apps. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account details: phone/login id, name, password (hashed), shop name and Shop ID.
• Business data you enter: menu, bills, payment modes, expenses, counter close, voids.
• Device and sync metadata needed to keep offline POS and cloud reports in sync.
• Payment metadata via Razorpay when you subscribe (we do not store full card details).

How we use information

• Provide billing, sync, owner reports, and subscription access.
• Secure accounts, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.
• Contact you about service, billing, or critical updates.

Sharing

We do not sell your shop data. We use infrastructure providers (for example cloud hosting and Razorpay) only to run the service. They process data under their own terms.

Retention

We keep account and bill data while your shop is active and as needed for legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

Security

We use industry-standard practices (encrypted transport, hashed passwords, access controls). No method is 100% secure; please protect your POS and phone logins.
