By using SalesPulse websites, apps, or desktop software from Jeri Technologies, you agree to these terms.
Service
SalesPulse provides offline-first billing tools and cloud sync for shop owners in India. Features may change as we improve the product. Inventory and stock is not part of the current launch.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding owner and cashier credentials, and for activity under your Shop ID. Provide accurate shop information.
Fees
After any trial or complimentary period, SalesPulse is billed at the published price (currently ₹649/month per shop) via Razorpay unless otherwise agreed. Taxes may apply as required by law.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use it for unlawful activity. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform.
Data and availability
Offline POS stores bills locally; sync requires internet. We aim for high availability of the cloud API but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep local backups of critical records as needed for your business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jeri Technologies is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of SalesPulse. Our total liability is limited to fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
